What specifications are available?
Cut briquettes are available in 3, 6 and 9 cm lengths. The uncut rod is 38 cm long. Both have a 3.8 × 3.8 cm square cross-section.
Can dimensions be customized?
Dimensions can be discussed within the capacity of our production equipment. Please send the size you need.
Can you provide samples?
Samples can be arranged and shipped for evaluation.
Are product inspection documents available?
Product inspection information can be provided. Tell us which document is needed for your order.
Where can the briquettes be used?
Applications include hot pot, restaurants, hotels, heating and outdoor barbecue. Confirm the specification against your equipment.
How long does a single burn last?
A single burn is around 5.5 hours. Actual time depends on the stove, airflow, load and other use conditions.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 10 tonnes.
Does the quotation depend on order quantity?
Pricing can vary with order quantity and current market conditions. Request a quotation for the actual order.
Does a quote include packaging, shipping and tax?
The quoted product price includes packaging. Shipping and tax are quoted separately. Confirm the full terms for your order.
Are volume discounts available?
Large-order discounts can be discussed. The amount depends on the actual order and current quotation.
Can prices change with raw material costs?
Yes. Pricing can change with bamboo costs and market conditions, so please request a current quotation.
Are samples charged?
The sample is provided without a product charge. The buyer pays courier costs, and the sample does not need to be returned.
When can an existing sample be sent?
An existing sample can normally be arranged for dispatch promptly. Confirm availability and courier timing when you inquire.
Can a custom product be sampled first?
A sample can be made for confirmation before a custom production order.
How are samples compared with bulk orders?
Samples are intended to reflect the agreed production specification. Confirm the final specification before the bulk order.
What is the production lead time?
The production schedule depends on order quantity. We confirm a specific lead time against the actual order.
How is bulk delivery timing confirmed?
Bulk delivery timing is confirmed against the quantity and production schedule for each order.
How do you plan for seasonal demand?
Please share the required delivery date when ordering so production timing can be checked.
Can an urgent order be discussed?
Expedited production can be discussed according to current capacity.
Can you provide production progress updates?
Production progress can be shared during the order.
Can a third party inspect the order?
Third-party inspection can be arranged. The buyer is responsible for the third-party inspection fee.
Can you provide an inspection report?
A product inspection report can be provided. Please confirm the document required for your order.
How are quality concerns handled?
If a quality concern arises, both parties discuss the specific issue and the agreed product specification.
