Process
Five stages
STEP 01
Bamboo raw material
Bamboo is the main raw material.
STEP 02
Bamboo crushing
Bamboo is crushed before being formed into bars.
STEP 03
Extrusion forming
Formed into bars with a square cross-section.
STEP 04
High-temperature carbonization
Formed bars are carbonized at high temperature.
STEP 05
Cut and pack
Cut to length where required, then packed in cartons.

Forming
Extrusion into square bars
Crushed bamboo material is fed to bar-forming machines that extrude it into bars with a 3.8 × 3.8 cm square cross-section and a hollow center.
Carbonization
High-temperature kilns
Formed bars are carbonized at high temperature in brick kilns. Finished bars are stacked on the hall floor before cutting and packing.


Cutting, packing and storage
Cartons held in a covered warehouse
Cut briquettes and uncut rods are packed into cartons. Packaging and carton graphics can be customized within production capability.
